Shoshana Davidoff-Gore

Senior Manager 

Prior to joining the team at Baltimore’s Promise in 2020, Shoshana worked as an experiential educator. Teaching in India, Israel/Palestine, and Washington, D.C., she gained a global perspective on how educators and activists are fighting inequalities worldwide. Most recently, Shoshana worked as a Job Coach with YouthWorks, where she learned about Baltimore’s students’ most pressing needs. Through each of her experiences, Shoshana has seen the value of a holistic approach to youth development.
