This year, Baltimore's Promise, in partnership with Family League of Baltimore, will offer both one-on-one technical assistance opportunities and group sessions. 1:1 Tech Assistance Please see the one-on-one tech assistance page to learn how our TA providers can help you navigate the application process and to sign up for a TA slot! Group Tech Assistance In Writing for the SFC, the participants will develop strategies for completing the Summer Funding Collaborative Application. In the interactive session, participants and the facilitators will dive deep into the key questions, look at ways to add specificity, and tell a program's unique story within the constraints of limited character counts. During the workshop, participants can draft and test language and leave with a plan for preparing their high-quality application. You don’t have to create an account to register —you may register as a guest. You will receive a confirmation email and, later, a calendar invite. An array of professional development sessions are available to applicants each year, regardless of whether they were chosen for an SFC grant, to develop essential skills areas such as grant writing, budgeting, and storytelling. Specific sessions will vary each year. For the Summer 2025 grant cycle, professional development sessions will be announced and held in spring 2025.
